Coink provides information and interactive tools for educational purposes. You agree to use the Site lawfully, not to scrape or republish substantial portions of it without permission, and not to interfere with its operation.

Calculators produce estimates based on the inputs you supply and the assumptions built into them; those assumptions may not match your circumstances. Nothing on the Site constitutes professional financial, legal, tax, or investment advice, and no advisor-client, fiduciary, or attorney-client relationship is created by your use of the Site. Verify anything material with a qualified professional before acting on it.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code on the Site are the property of the website owner, Alicia Heimbaung, unless otherwise noted, and are protected by copyright. You may read, print, and use the material for personal, non-commercial purposes. Republishing, reselling, or creating derivative works from Site content requires written permission, except for brief quotations with attribution and a link.
Limitations of Liability

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
You and the owner agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Montgomery County, Ohio, for any action not properly brought in small-claims court. Both parties waive any objection to that venue, including on grounds of inconvenient forum. Claims within the jurisdictional limits of small-claims court may be filed there instead.
Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of the protection of mandatory law in their country of residence, or of the right to bring proceedings in the courts that such law makes available to them.
Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect and the unenforceable provision is limited to the minimum extent necessary. These Terms, together with any linked policy, are the entire agreement between you and the owner regarding the Site.
